The Exquiste Eco Luxe Makeup You Will Love

Refillable, recyclable, irreplaceable

La Bouche Rouge engages in “Positive Economy” giving back for each lipstick purchase made and working with charity partner Eau Vive, supporting local (French) Craftsmanship and industry, keeping their products plastic-free ( no silicones) or petrochemical-derived products. To be clear, they make no claims of being a natural or organic brand - however, their products are vegan.

Each item is made with consideration and love. The colours are universal, look beautiful on a variety of skin tones and blend beautifully for easy application. I loooove the Mascara so much! the glass tube is so beautiful! the formula glides on and the castor plant fibre brush (not plastic) lifts and separates the lashes beautifully.

The eyeshadows are super blendable. they are slightly sheer and I will say that the colours in the Salton Palette do resemble each other a little. that said, this kind of quad is so worthwhile, each one has colours that would easily work all together non in pairings, making them super easy and multi-use. they are quite foolproof with just the right amount of pigment to keep them colourful, but no sticking or over blending needed.

You can shop the whole range in the UK via Cult Beauty, but below is my edit of favourite products (to be clear I love them all)

The selection of Reds is EPIC. They come in Satin, Matte or Balm textures with a whole host of undertones. I am wearing the Rouge Vendome in this image and video, but there are so many to choose from. For help on how to choose a red, check out my guide to choosing a red lipstick. I did a mini tutorial and demo on IGTV which you can see here

I would also like to clarify for purists that although this brand does amazing work which I am super impressed by, they do use Lake dyes - and I am also aware that deforestation is also and issue so although the lightweight paper packaging is amazing, we need to be conscious of our forests as well as our plastic waste x Tahira
